Square Pipe Mill

Description
Square pipe making machine is complete equipment that processes the siphonula into square pipes. The main procedure is that the rolling plate in certain width is unfolded and leveled. Then, they are sent into the forming machine. The steel plate is bent to the needed form in the cold conditions by using the roller. Square pipe making machine mainly produces rectangular pipes. All kinds of pipes in the range of roller production specifications can be achieved by using direct forming tectonics and the assisted high frequency welding machine.

Equipment Composition
Square pipe production line is composed of uncoiler, unbender unit, active flattening machine, shear and butt welder, storing loop, forming and sizing unit, computer flying saw, charge table, sack and bale machine, high frequency DC drag and product line electric appliance.

Features
1. Square pipe making machine adopts modular mold, more prebending and directly molding side craftwork, which has the characteristics of free from tearing down the stander, changing roller quickly and low loading.
2. Square pipe production line is suitable for small production but different specification. It can reduce die roll cost and the time for roller changing.
