A full bamboo prestressed plastic corrugated pipe equipment by extruders, extrusion die, molding machine, cutter, stacker or reel machine components.


Molding machine is composed of gearbox, down and up template, frame, air-cooled unit, a mobile device, gearbox using arc tooth worm gear reducer hardened, the template material for the HT150 through the hollow casting, template forced air cooled, the template is made of 40Cr heat-treated surface hardness HRC45-52, welded steel frame with high-quality, reasonably stable structure, the drive motor first with frequency converter, so as to achieve a uniform variable speed. Machine up and down, left and right, front and rear automatic adjustment.
