Components

This production line includes: single screw extruder, pipe model, vacuum calibrating water tank, spray cooling water tank, hauling machine, cutting machine and stacker.
1. Extruder: High speed efficient single-screw extruder, screw using elements mixing integrated with barriers and mixing head, the barrel is new open bad barrelbad, with a low-noise fan, ceramic heating ring, high speed hard gearbox, automatic vacuum feeding, plasticizing and mixing effect, ensure high-speed and high-performance extrusion.
2. Identification line: Pipe identification line is extruded by the compound mold on a 30 single screw extruder.
3. Extrusion mold: The material of mold is 40Cr, selection of the most advanced technology, extrusion stable, using water film lubrication and water cooling, in order to adapt the requirements of PE materials, to ensure the diameter and roundness of the pipe are stable when product with high speed.
4. Vacuum calibration water tank: barrel body with high hardness quality stainless steel, advanced water circulation, high pressure cooling system, vacuum degree adjustment device and accurate water temperature control system. High speed of cooling and forming. Three-dimensional adjustment up and down, according to the specifications and speed production of pipe, available in different lengths and quantities of cooling configuration.
5. Spray cooling water tank: the material of tank is stainless steel, housing is transparent soft PVC curtain. Stainless steel float level adjustment, electrically controlled temperature regulation. The material is nozzle plastic ABS. Rack up and down adjustable, hood equipped with roller mechanism.
6. Tractor: equipped with double-track, three-claw, four-claws, five-claw,and six-claw tractor separately depending on diameter and wall thickness of pipe.
7. Cutter: chipless automatic cutting saws, cutting surface is smooth, synchronous drive with frequency control, high precision, low noise. Large-diameter of pipe using automatic planetary cutting machine, synchronized with the production line, the location and depth of saw can be flexibly adjusted.
8. Production line control system: Selection Siemens PLC control systems, intelligent control. Common control with Siemens electrical parts, Omron temperature controller,it is simple and easy to operate.
